Unbelievably bad
Unbelievably bad, is it some kind of joke - to book a delivery and then never turn up without no message???
You guys are the worst
You guys are the worst! I am never using your service again. You’re making this incredibly difficult. I’ve been trying to reach support and it’s nearly impossible. I waited 45 minutes in the queue only for the agent to disconnect after one minute.
You’ve also assigned an automated email to my account, and you’re refusing to update it to my actual email, which is already listed in my profile. Because of this, someone else now has access to my package, and I can’t retrieve it.
If that package is picked up by the person who received the incorrect email before your team resolves this, I will have no choice but to pursue further action if I’m not issued a full refund.
This is probably the 5th time in a row…
This is probably the 5th time in a row that a delivery with Postnord is delayed. Information about what's going on is very poor compared to pretty much all other services such as DHL, Fedex, DBSchenker etc.
Most recently the package I'm waiting for has been bouncing back and forth from what it seems in their internal processes for a long time again now. It says it's out for deliver, but then it gets canceled and no update for past 4 days.
Awful experience
Awful experience. No notification before delivery despite claiming having done so and then moved the delivery to a pickup location. This is so bad and not acceptable. Not the first time postnord has done this.

So slow delivery, delayed in the last minute without any reason, contacting support services soo rude and dont give information about why the delayed the delivery…
How it can take 3days just for 10km target? (Weekend not included)
Come in we are in 2025 and in a Good country must be much better than this, the problem they have the exclusivity for delivering (no concurrence) so that’s why they feels free to behave like this (shame on you Postnord)
"Pick up point was fully booked so we couldn't deliver your package. Pay 39 SEK if you want nearby delivery."
I was supposed to receive the package today to a pick-up point that I had pre-selected. Apparently, the boxes were "fully booked" so not only they couldn't deliver the day I was expecting the box, they also - without asking - set the new pick up point to a place that's way further than what works for me. When I contacted the support to ask for a new pick-up point location that suited my needs, their only help was "There is nothing we can do. If you want you can pay 39 SEK for a new pickup point after it's delivered to that location". It’s frustrating to live in a society where the consumer is expected to take the blame - and pay(!) - for the incompetence of a large company’s operations.
Always try to avoid if possible
If you want it delivered somewhere specific it is not possible. If they ask you if you want home delivery and you say yes it will most likely still be delivered to a package drop off location. And if you want it at a drop off it will either not be at the one you stated or it will be delivered to your home.
Also never trust their timings. Sometimes I am home all day to be able to receive the package and in the end they will state I wasn’t home.
Oh and never count on the help service. They are basically just chatbots with a monthly paycheck tasked with politely turning you away.

Why you always lie about the delivery details, they never try to contact us but they say that they try but wanst been able… why you always lie guy.
Promised home delivery
Promised home delivery, then deliverd to a servicepoint 30 min away by car. Charged 39 SEK to deliver to a closer servicepoint one day later. This company absolutely sucks. Almost every time.
Responsibility of a 2 year old
They just lost my package and straight ignored all my emails.
The status of the shipment has not been changed for more than a week, leaving me in a situation where i could do nothing, nor request the money back or order the same item once more.

So what can i say good about postal nord sweden...NOTHING .having posted a registered letter from barcelona on the 9.10.2025 to my daughter in gothenberg which was tracked it eneded up being sent back to my local post office where i posted it with no explaination on the tracking site this why it was not delivered.the address given to me by my daughter was eklanda livs eklandagatan 23 gotenberg 41282 .this also had my daughters full name at thetop of the address.having contacted postal nord 3 times with all the information on the envelope and email and phone number their attempt to rectify the problem or even give me answer was zero in fact it was a waste of time.the third email said best to contact my local post office to file a complaint.having went to my local post office to pick it up the info on their site said WRONG ADDRESS!!!my daughter neither recieved any phone calls or emails she even went to the local postal nord pick up point eklanda livs and enquired each time the person said there was no package to pick up.
so jump forward to today the postal nord reply via the spanish complaint office said my package was addressed wrong it should of been posted to ostergardsgaten 8 molndal......having checked on the internet map this place is outside gotenberg city and is not the address she was told be the pick up shop so how bad is that they turn the problem around to blame me by saying it was the wrong address!! com on you cant make it up letter did have right address which was the nearest pick up point to her living flat (uni flat).next will be another email to postal nord telling them they should be ashamed of this service given.rant over
Avoid at any cost, Do not use this company
This is the worst company that I have dealt with it. I never bother with leaving any reviews for any company as everybody needs to make living and get money. I think, this company will not last long. Almost all large delivery are broken. Small letters always come late. People that work for this company, i did not find one person that smiles. Being polite is not in their books. Careful with them. Even if you send Christmas card from UK. They would say, you need to pay custom duty. They cannot delivery inside Sweden. They cannot delivery to UK. I have sent letter to Bosnia and it took only 3 months to be sent from Sweden. I find it is cheaper to take flight then send by them. There are list and list of issues with these people. It is big pity as I feel sorry for some people that work with this company as they honest and they trying their best. This should be lesson to everybody, careful of who is running your company. I just cannot figure out how this company is running it must be miracle to survive this so long. I will repeat do not use it. They doing this with purpose or they have not been trained. It sometimes feels they come from different planet. I know, they do not pay any attention to these kind reviews. But sooner or later. It will catch with them.
Total Lies
On Nov 21, 2025 Postnord falsely stated they had delivered my package which was due for home delivery. It was not. The claim included a photo which was rust red blank. On Nov 22 I received an sms that the package could not be delivered to me because the entrance was locked and they could not reach me. False as my phone log shows not attempt to ring the building intercom to me. They instead left it at an inaccessible to me town outside of Stockholm where I live despite having a service point 100 m from my apartment. Total lies from Postnord.
Return package for no reason
Package being sent from one distribution center to the next. total 3 times. then it says on the tracking its being sendt back to the first distribution center, and all of a sudden they are returning my overseas package for NO reason.
And they decide to finalise the return on a friday night, so that i cannot contact customer service. by the time monday rolls around my package is allready gone. what a joke of a company this is.
Awful service and rude customer service
Customer service totally rude, they give wrong information and make promises that don't keep.
The service is everytime late.
I expected a package friday 14th of November, and i still didn't received it (21.11.2025)
1) Postnord miss to scan the package…
1) Postnord miss to scan the package upon arrival in the country / or miss to assign the swedish tracking
2) Postnord customer service does not take responsibility to help the customer out or even to refer to correct PostNord instanse
3) The agent cut the line so that it is not possible to give the review as they ask us the customers to give.
Can it be worse? Postnord might have lived out its purpose.
Parcel got returned to sender. I was never notified
The parcel from overseas was sent back without ANY attempts on trying to notify me. When I later inputted the parcel’s tracking ID in the PostNord app, it shows history of it being scanned at the sorting facility daily. Something is very broken. This is not the first time it happens.
To make matters worse, I ended up talking to a chatbot that provided no clarification on why this happened.

3 Days to move a package to the next Terminal 30 min away
I send a parcel from cologne to Viborg (it's a 8h drive). The German postal service delivered the package to a place 1h Drive from Viborg within one day. Since then It has taken Post Nord 4 Business Days to move the parcel from one terminal 1h Drive away to the next 30min away. To me this is unacceptable. Post should be delivered within a maximum of 3 Business day. Of course there can be complications but this is not the first time this has happened. I am disappointed by the lack of service this company delivers.
