- [Presenter] Power BI affords us one more printish type of option, and if you like using PowerPoint, I think this is pretty cool. I can export a presentation to PowerPoint. I can embed an image or I can embed live data. If I embed an image, then I need to choose, do I want to use the current values? Perhaps I've applied some filters, for example, or only the default values, and I can choose to export only the current page if I wish. If there are hidden report tabs, I can also exclude those if I choose to do so. Let me click export. This will take a little longer than it takes to generate a PDF, but again, our basic unit here is the page, so in PowerPoint, each report page will become a slide of its own. If my goal was to create a report so that I could then use that report in PowerPoint, then I'd want to group my pages so that each page would be appropriate as a slide.
