Group data in a PivotTable
- [Narrator] You can group pivot table data. This makes it easier to see categories. In this product category list, I want to group the robot kits and the robots into one unique group. Hold down the Control key on your keyboard and select cells. You could do this with as many cells as you want to group. Right click and choose Group. It makes the group and I can select it in the cell and rename it. To ungroup it, right click again, and choose Ungroup. You can also do this with dates. Right click the cell and choose Group and select how you want your date field to group.
