Add alternative text in PowerPoint

- [Instructor] Every figure in an accessible PDF file needs to have alternative text added to describe that figure appropriately. PowerPoint gives us the ability to add alternative text to figures, so let's take a look at how we do that here. I'm starting here on slide one, and I'm going to go ahead and start by clicking on this Two Trees Olive Oil logo. Now, very similar to Microsoft Word, to add alternative text to a figure in PowerPoint, we can right click and choose Edit Alt Text. And that's going to open up our alt text task pane over here where we can type in the appropriate alternative text that we want to add here. So in this particular figure, I'm simply going to type Two Trees Olive Oil, and then I'll go ahead and move on to the second slide where we have an image of the different olive oils that Two Trees makes. So once again, I'm going to type in here bottles of Two Trees Olive Oil, showcasing rosemary…
