Is it a way to achieve your north star goals of a smart facility, or is it purely a time savings by reducing the hours needed by people doing manual tasks? Perhaps your strategy is to use automation to fine tune a building's energy usage creating value in the energy savings. If done correctly, it can be all these things, and that can be the challenge of it.
