Ad or Lead Gen Form rejected in review

If an ad or Lead Gen Form’s status is listed as Rejected in Campaign Manager, it means that our team reviewed your ad creative and found the content, landing page, or product to be in violation of our Advertising Policies.

An email detailing the reason the ad or form was not approved is sent to ad account users who have permissions to receive ad review notifications.

We're happy to review your ad or form again, once you’ve made changes to meet our Advertising Policies.

You can submit a new variation of the ad or form for another review by editing your ad or form, or creating a new version, and saving it to your campaign.

Once you save the new version of the ad or form to your campaign, it will automatically be resubmitted for review.

We strive to review ads and Lead Gen Forms as soon as possible and usually within 24 hours.

Here's a tip

As a best practice, we recommend setting up your ad campaign at least 48 hours in advance of your campaign start date, in case you need to make changes to your ads after they’ve been reviewed.
