The notifications you receive will depend on which user role you have on the account. Campaign notifications won't appear in an individual's LinkedIn.com notifications.
Lead Gen - Posted when a new Lead Gen Form lead is submitted. Clicking the notification downloads your leads in a CSV file. You'll need Lead Gen Forms Manager permission to the Company Page to receive these email notifications.
Comments - Triggered when a new comment is posted on a Direct Sponsored Content ad. Clicking Manage Comments in the notification takes you to the specific ad in the LinkedIn feed that received the social engagement. You’ll need to be a Page super or content admin to delete or reply to a comment from your LinkedIn Page.
Campaign ending soon - Campaigns with a fixed schedule might receive this notification within the last 72 hours of the campaign schedule if performance data shows that key results could be improved by extending the end date or increasing your budget. The notification could recommend a new end date. Click Manage campaign to edit the end date or increase the budget of your campaign.
Campaign ended - When a campaign has ended, either because it reached the end date or because the campaign budget was exhausted, a notification will be triggered. Clicking View results in the notification takes you to the campaign reporting page, where you can review performance and reactivate the campaign.
Creative in review - Posted when an ad creative has been submitted for ad review. Clicking Manage ad in the notification takes you to the Ads in this Campaign page.
Creative not approved - Posted if an ad creative isn't approved. Clicking the notification takes you to the Ad Setup page where you can see the reason why the ad wasn't approved.
Automated bid recommendation - Posted if your campaign is underspending your budget and forecasted results estimate your budget will be better utilized with automated bid. Clicking Show Me in the notification takes you to the page to manage your campaign. Note: Forecasted results are an estimate and do not guarantee the actual performance of your campaign.
Increase budget - A notification will recommend increasing a campaign budget if performance data shows key results could be improved by increasing the budget. Clicking Show me will allow you to see recommendations and increase your campaign budget.
LinkedIn Audience Network - Posted if you could improve key results or reduce cost by enabling LinkedIn Audience Network for your campaign. Clicking Show Me in the notification takes you to the page to manage your campaign.
Campaign status - Sent when a campaign has ended or will end soon. When a campaign is ending soon, the Review campaign button in the email will take you to campaign settings where you can change your end date or adjust the campaign budget. When a campaign has ended, the Review campaign button will take you to the Campaign Manager dashboard where you can reactivate or manage the campaign.
Creative not approved - Sent when an ad isn't approved. The email will provide details about why the ad wasn't approved. Click the View ad button in the email to go to the Ads in this campaign page in Campaign Manager, where the ad can be edited and resubmitted for review.
Comments - Sent when a comment is posted to a Direct Sponsored Content ad. Click Manage Comments in the email to go to the specific ad in the LinkedIn feed that received the social engagement. You’ll need to be a designated Page admin or Sponsored Content poster on the associated LinkedIn Page to delete or reply to a comment.
Leads - Sent when a new lead is added to a campaign. Click the View leads button in the email to go to the Download leads module in Campaign Manager. You’ll be prompted to download a CSV export of your updated leads.
Matched or predictive audiences - Sent when your audience status has been updated to Ready in Campaign Manager. For example, if you have two audiences that have reached ready status on the same ad account, you’ll receive two email notifications. Click the View audience button in the email to go to your Audiences page in Campaign Manager.
Notifications will appear in Campaign Manager when the following criteria are met:
