Good unit
I have had this washer for 3 weeks now and it works really good. There are lots of settings and it was easy to connect to to the app. I’m still learning all the functions and options that come with the app. I’m sure I’ll like it even more once I really learn what all it can do.

Great washer and one suggestion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer because of the great reviews, and it has certainly lived up to them. Very happy with it. The only thing I would got it on would be the lack of a drum light. My last washer had a drum light and it made it easier to find that one sock or washcloth that was stuck to the inside. Other than the washer, the app that goes with the Wi-Fi connectivity is a bit of a hassle to use. I tried to connect my wife’s app to mine and it just didn’t work and you can do it manually with your account number but I can’t find that anywhere. I hope they fix the app .

More than I expected :)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine does everything I wanted and more than I expected. Fast washes and super clean clothes - with less detergent than my old top-loader. Efficient spin cycle allows faster drying. I love that they door stays ajar to allow the machine to dry out. And, the app is fun :) Oh, wait, the last cycle is done. Gotta go!

Great Washer with Lots of Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new LG Washer about a month ago and have been very pleased with it. I love the front loader. It cleans clothes in far less time than my old washer and the clothes are practically dry when I remove them from the washer. I love the digital panel and all the features. I also like how the washer communicates with the app on my phone and lets me know how much time is left in the cycle and when the load is done.

Great Washer
My old washer gave out after 12 yrs so I purchased an LG set again. I'm hoping to get another long life out of this set. I kept my old pedestals (Model WDP4V). They matched up with the newer model. The only issue I had was that my old color was "Graphite Steel" while the new set is "Black-Steel". I was worried about the color difference but as you can see from the pic, the color difference is not bad. The difference is even less noticeable in person. The camera picks up the diff better.

Excellent quality

Reliable Quiet and lots of Tech.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just get it. I bought these model to upgrade from a 13 year old LG washer and dry that never gave me any problems. From going to the new machines I can tell you its a huge difference . They are so much more quieter and do not shake at all. The AI learning Tech is amazing does everything for you and passes it on the dryer also the app connected to wifi is a game changer. Very happy with these machines must buy if you looking for a new washer.

really nice and quiet with new technology
I bought a month ago. it’s world of difference with this one. has lot of options to choose washing setting. It’s really quiet and with wifi control makes it accessible around the house which can be handy in situation. this size seems right for our family size.

LONG TERM REVIEW
2002, we bought our first LG washer. Lasted up all the way til 2020, so it was kind of a no brainer to go with another LG. This one was on sale at the time, and it had an abundance of features, so we got it. And holy, is it an amazing performer. We’ve had it for 3 years now, beaten the heck out of it with our washloads (we’ve even run a horse blanket through it) and it’s still kicking away like the first day. It gets all the stains out, and I can’t express how helpful the turbowash option is.

Great smart features
The biggest expectation from a washing machine is that it will wash perfectly, be quiet while doing its job, and most importantly, be energy efficient. However, it is a great feeling to manage the device with its smart features.

Amazing Washer and Dryer!
We’ve had these machines for a little over 2 and a half years, and they have been amazing. We’ve ran around 400 cycles. It is very quiet and efficient! Washes 2Xs faster than my old Samsung! Would highly recommend!

Doing its job well
Easy to use, easy to select functions, quiet, and really seems to NOT abuse the clothes we wash, and gets them nice and clean. Sad we couldn't get it to open to the other side like we could with the matching dryer, but it's not a big deal. The real test is Time, hope they last

It is so quiet and big. I bought a king size quilt just after getting the machine and there was plenty of room for it in the washer.

Multiple LG units

They worked so good our daughter bought LG for her new house last year. We just built a new house close to her and also bought our second set of LG washer and dryer in January 2023. They work great , for the daughter and both sets of ours.

Only occasional notifications with ThinQ
Washer does a fine job washing. It only gives me occasional notifications about completing the cycles using the ThinQ app. I wish it would tell me, using ThinQ when an error occurs. We get the SUD error occasionally but i don't know unless I check the washer. I bought the same washer and dryer for my daughter but delivery people would not rotate their positions so doors open on the right side. The toilet blocks the washer door.

Roomy washer
Great machine. The large door greatly helps clothes loading and unloading. The drum is tilted down and to the rear. So clothes ends up towards back and bottom after cycle completes. But I guess the orientation is better for water drainage. WiFi set up and product registration is a little problematic with regards to network connection not being strong enough. My router is 15 f away. But this problem is common to my LG dryer and refrigerator.
