Apple uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Learn more about shipping times, methods, costs, and carriers.

Delivery Options

Standard delivery is free for all online orders. Delivery options and timeframes available for the items in your order and for your location are presented during checkout.

Once you have placed an order, you can visit Order Status to get an estimate of the shipment and delivery timing of each item. Items ship as they become available.

Estimated Delivery Time

The delivery time is the estimated time when the goods are shipped from the warehouse and ready to be delivered. The goods on your order will be delivered when conditions permit. Last-mile delivery may be transferred to third-party carriers.

Occasionally, we will confirm shipping and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify you of the new shipping and delivery times.

All estimates are based on business days.

Delivery Timeframes for Engraved and Customised Products

Engraved products and Customised Mac computers require a bit more time to prepare your product. The delivery date is updated dynamically during configuration and will be reflected on your order confirmation email and in Order Status.

Standard delivery won’t cost you anything.

Notes About Delivery

  • Payment methods may affect the final shipment date to allow for processing.
  • Apple uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
  • Apple does not deliver to PO box addresses.

Text Notifications

In addition to a shipment notification email, you can also receive text message updates when your product ships and is being delivered to you. The text message will include your order number and a link to the tracking information. We can even send you texts the day of delivery or after your item has been delivered, depending upon your shipping method and carrier. You may receive between 1 and 4 text messages per item on your order.

Changing text message preferences

You can edit your mobile phone number at any time by logging in to your account and editing the Shipment Notification preferences for your order.

Delivery Frequently Asked Questions

Can I Cancel My Order?

Before your order status changes to Prepared to Ship, you can cancel your order on our online Order Status page. You will be refunded via your original payment method.

Can I change my delivery address or other details?

Once your order is ready to ship or has been shipped, you cannot make changes to your order. If you have not yet received your shipping notification email, you can update your details online via Order Status. If you would like further assistance with your order, please contact an Apple Store Online representative on 1800-80-6419.

How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order online at any time by clicking Account at the top of the page and selecting Track Order or visiting Order Status. You can also view the current status of your order, view the items you’ve ordered and see estimated delivery times.

Depending on your order status, you can:

  • Change your email address
  • Change your shipping address
  • Cancel an order or a product in your order
  • Print payment documents

What time will my order be delivered?

Terengganu and Kelantan only
Sun to Thurs, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

All except Terengganu and Kelantan
Mon to Fri, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

  1. Apple and its carriers are unable to provide an exact time of delivery but the carrier may contact you ahead of the delivery attempt.
  2. The carrier may make subsequent delivery attempts before eventually returning the shipment to Apple.
  3. Once your order is being prepared to ship or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
  4. You may contact the carrier directly to reschedule a delivery.

Problems with your order

Missed deliveries

Carrier Delivery: If you are not at home when the carrier attempts to deliver your order, the carrier will leave a card. You can contact the carrier directly for a new delivery appointment during working hours at a suitable date and even change your delivery address. If your order has passed the scheduled delivery date in your shipment notification email, please contact Apple Store Customer Service.

Damaged or defective orders

If you have received your order and find that it is damaged, please call Apple Store Customer Service.

In case of any damage to your delivery, Apple will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and, where appropriate, deliver a replacement.

If you’re having trouble with your new Apple product or believe it is defective, please call Apple Store Customer Service immediately.

Shipping Restrictions

Shopping in Malaysia

The Apple Online Store Malaysia sells and ships items only within Malaysia. You may not export any products purchased at the online Apple Store. The Apple Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. Notwithstanding order confirmation, Apple may cancel any order where it has reasonable grounds to believe the product is not being purchased for end use.

Shopping outside Malaysia

The Apple Online Store Malaysia ships only within Malaysia. If you would like to purchase Apple products from outside Malaysia, please see our International Store Directory to find out if an Apple Online Store serves your country or region.
