Just had the new fibre to the home

Just had the new fibre to the home and Plume wi-fi units around the house. The difference in speed is astonishing, almost 100 MB in every room.

Customer and technical service experience

Called at 09:15 this morning and it was established over a thorough discussion with their customer services agent that an engineer call was needed. At 13:10 the same day engineers arrived, detected the issue and rectified the problem. Excellent service and courteous employees. Compare that to BT!

We recently installed Wightfibre phone …

We recently installed Wightfibre phone and broadband are are very pleased with the result. Their pre installation checks found a fault on our exsiting BT line which unknown to us was slowing down our Internet speed. Since installation we are now getting 80mb which has improved not only our computer efficiency but has also improved our streaming of content. Engineer was prompt and efficient and made recommendations regarding the distribution of Wi-Fi around the house which has made things much better for the family.
