ORDER PROCESS DURATION.

All orders placed receive an email confirming they have been received and are in processing. Orders are processed for shipping within 0-2 business days of being placed.

DELIVERY POLICY & FEES.

Non-Alcoholic Order Policies

St. Agrestis is a producer of non-alcoholic products & merchandise in addition to alcoholic products, and can directly process the purchase and fulfillment of any non-alcoholic product and/or merchandise. We currently ship our non-alcoholic products directly to all 48 contiguous U.S. states, and Canada. Orders that only have non-alcoholic products & merchandise receive free shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. These orders are primarily shipped via national carriers FedEx, USPS, & UPS.

For non-alcoholic beverage orders below a $100.00 USD subtotal, there is a flat fee of $5.00 USD for shipping & handling. The $100.00 USD subtotal is the price of goods after applicable discounts and before tax. Non-alcoholic beverage orders over a $100.00 USD subtotal receive free ground shipping.

Orders to Canada are subject to a scaling flat rate fee, with the base fee $15.00 USD and each additional product increasing the fee by $5.00 USD.

Alcohol Policies

St. Agrestis Spirits is a producer of alcoholic products, both alcohol-based and wine-based, and not a liquor store, and therefore cannot directly process the purchase and fulfillment of our alcohol-based spirits & cocktails within certain jurisdictions. We utilize a network of 3rd Party partners to process and fulfill our delivery of our alcoholic products.

All orders placed directly off of our stagrestis.com website have a $40.00 minimum, not inclusive of taxes, shipping or other fees. Our spirits & cocktails are also available for shipping to the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, WA.

We currently offer $7.50 flat rate local NYC delivery to select zip codes in Brooklyn & Manhattan via our 3rd Party partners. $7.50 flat rate local delivery is currently offered to the following zip codes: 11211, 11222, 11249, 11209, 11220, 11232, 11231, 11225, 11238, 11217, 11218, 11215, 11216, 11205, 11251, 11201, 10065, 10004, 10005, 10280, 10006, 10007, 10013, 10002, 10012, 10014, 10012, 10009, 10003, 10011, 10010, 10001, 10016, 10018, 10017, 10036, 10019, 10020, 10022, 10044, 10065, 10021, 10075, 10028, 10128, 10029, 10035, 10037, 10027, 10026, 10025, 10024, 10023. Additionally, our partners process and ship orders across New York State with a $17.50 flat rate shipping fee.

For orders placed in CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TN, TX, WA, orders are fulfilled via a network of 3rd Party vendors with a $17.50 flat rate shipping fee. Our third party partners utilize national carriers UPS & FedEx for deliveries.

Because we are delivering alcoholic products, an individual 21 years or older with proper identification needs to accept and sign for the delivery, otherwise UPS, FedEx or local delivery services cannot leave your order. Orders with three failed delivery attempts will be cancelled and the product and applicable taxes, but not the flat rate shipping fee, will be refunded. Orders may also be accepted by building doormen, where possible. Mixed Order Policies

If an order is placed that has both alcoholic and non-alcoholic products and/or merchandise on it, two separate packages will be shipped, one via our network of 3rd Party vendors and the other directly from St. Agrestis Spirits. Alcohol orders within our local NYC delivery zone will receive free delivery, while deliveries outside of this zone in applicable states will be charged a $17.50 flat rate shipping fee. 

Free Phony Negroni Sample Policies

St. Agrestis occasionally run free promotional offers on social media for our St. Agrestis Non-Alcoholic Phony Negroni. As no purchase or credit card information is required for checkout, St. Agrestis reserves the right to fulfill or not fulfill orders placed during these free sample promotions. When active, this promotion is good for one single 200ml canned sample of St. Agrestis Non-Alcoholic Phony Negroni. Multiple orders to the same address, orders with quantities greater than one, spam orders, or from locations other than social media, and others at our discretion, will be cancelled. If you submit for a free sample and do not receive it, you may reach out to orders@stagrestis.com to confirm your sample status. If you submit for a free sample and do not receive it and wish to have your information deleted from our records, please email orders@stagrestis.com.
