Excellent series even if you do not like Stephen Kings horror novels. Don't let the comic book covers full you, it's more like Sci-Fi-Western. I only read the 1st 2-3 books when they 1st come out. Now that I have time I'm looking forward to reading/listening to them again.

The dark tower series is by far my favorite series of all time. This includes all forms of media. Tv, streaming services, movies, reality tv ect...very well written and if you start with this book and go in order it's very easy to follow. Warning though...you better be prepared to miss some work or sleep. Putting this book down is hard to do once you start this series

I literally have read all eight books of the dark tower series and truly want to know where roland is off to next! its like a never ending dream that I've been succumbed to for some years now I've ridden with him through towns and deserts alike watched as he killed vagrant after claw like creature! I know one thing though wherever Roland Deshain goes I go kennit? Kai says so!
About the author
Stephen King is the author of more than sixty books, all of them worldwide bestsellers.
