It never works. 80% of the time I can't even log in and it just says, "Oops, we're having trouble"... When I can log in, half the data and options are usually missing or it just freezes. Xfinity is the absolute worst company to deal with in general and I would ditch them in an instant if we had any other option in our area. They need to do better. They certainly charge enough to invest in better technology and service.

I love Xfinity!! I've used it for quite awhile now and yes I've had problems but they're customer service agents always did their absolute best to solve whatever issues I was having and if they couldn't solve it they would tell me their opinion of what to do. The WiFi itself is great and super fast, I love that it doesn't take forever to buffer movies or tv shows, and the games I play never glitch or freeze. I will always be an Xfinity customer for life that will never change!!

Xfinity is the worst company ever. Since starting the service, I now receive random phone calls from xfinity at all hours. When I answer, they immediately hang up. This is beyond infuriating. Trying to find out why or to put a stop to it only leads to more frustration. I would recommend avoiding xfinity at all costs, find some other option if you value your sanity. I find it interesting that my review gets 1000x faster response than my need for customer service.
