This app is horrible. It takes forever to load so they can really show off the fancy ripple effect on the start screen and when it did finally load it was all adds. I couldn't connect to my router to reset it without setting up an account, which I could not do without Internet. I only want to control my router. If it wasn't for that I wouldn't have the app. I'll probably uninstall it and just unplug it like I live in the '90s.

The freebies, discounts for food/gas, and contest giveaways are decent. At least it's something, not aware of other carriers with a similar customer appreciation program. The only negative is to redeem some of these vendor items you have to download and use their app. Not a fan of that requirement. The T-Life app itself works well, haven't run into any problems. IMO, the IT staff who did this app's recent redesign and functional overhaul should do the same for the T-Mo visual voicemail app.

The app has always been buggy, and required reloading or changing network settings to get into anything, but the Tuesdays deals used to be worth the hassle. They declined hard during the pandemic and it seems like the same old unappealing brands or deals now. And recently, the functionality has taken a similar dip. Only the home screen loads, but I still get push notifications for deals that can't be accessed. Two star is only earned because of the nostalgia
