I spent a lot of time picking out what I needed and applying the coupons and perks. I was logged in, but at some point was disconnected. When trying to log back in, neither the password nor fingerprint worked. (Not user error.) Google search showed that this is a common frustration.

The app used to be serviceable but since two updates ago, the app has gotten much worse. After the most recent update I can't even sign in. It just says there are "technical issues". Restarting the app or my phone doesn't work so I guess I just can't use the app until they fix it? Inexcusable. This app is for prescriptions/healthcare, stability should be the absolute priority.

It's always frustrating when they try to make improvements which ultimately crash the app. If I try to search in the extra care savings area, the app crashes. Then continues to keep crashing. I've cleared the cache, force stopped, rebooted my phone, and uninstalled then reinstalled the app. Other than that, I love the Extra care program and the app use to be very helpful.
