Ridiculous Rock Record Reviews Jason Doncis

A podcast in which a group of music fans picks a rock album (anything from soft rock to hard rock to heavy metal) and spends the episode talking about it and reviewing it. Informative, opinionated, and occasionally funny, the show highlights our genuine love (or hate) for the music discussed. Frequently guests ("co-pilots") co-host the show with with our regular rotating panel. Rock on!

Awesome Every Time
Aaron and Lou (with their wealth of regulars and guests) deliver excellent deep dives into rock’s greatest and most revered albums. I have never heard a bad episode of this show. A must for any fan of rock music.
Excellent info on music
Thumbs up! Great insight into music.
Enjoy the format
I learned of R4 a few weeks ago and I’m enjoying the large back catalog. I like that there are both long and short podcasts for my different commutes or household chores. I like how they review an album and have a clip for every song, thus jogging my memory of it. On most other podcasts, they have a clip of only 2-3 songs. I don’t always agree with the rating, but that’s what makes music discussions great. My only really mild complaint is that there are too many unnecessary F words, especially in the solo shows. They seem forced and out of place as opposed to being in conversation. Lastly, has anyone told Aaron he sounds just like Rick Beato, who has some great musical content on YouTube? I thought it was him when I started listening to the podcast. Awesome show! 5 Stars.
