Won't replace faulty item

Got a Dior frame . Opened the box to discover a faulty hinge screw that would not stay in place , spinning freely . Tried right away with a precision screwdriver but the screw would not catch . Opened a support case. Customer representative asked for a video of the problem. Took the video showing the issue. CS said they were going to contact the supplier and get back to me (should they not take care of the problem themselves ??) . After weeks from raising the concern , finally the supplier got back to store and said it was not a fault and that I should be going to a local optician to have the screw put back in (are you serious ??) . Went to a frames repair service shop and spent 40NZ$ to have the frame fixed (they repositioned the hinge using a thicker screw) . Lost hours and hours of my time on top of stress and money . I would not recommend this store at all

Great service

Ordered the glasses on Saturday, and they arrived at my pick up shop the following Thursday, pretty quick! Kept up to date by email every step of the way. And the glasses were way cheaper than the store in NL.

Would absolutely recommend…

Would absolutely recommend Visiofactory. I chose Celine frames that were current season and more than 60% cheaper than purchasing them in Australia. I sent through my prescription and the optometrist was in contact with me to throughly go through it to ensure there were no issues. The glasses then arrived less than 1 week later. So much cheaper and quicker than getting buying them in Australia. Will definitely be purchasing again.

The money were sent, no sunglasses, no support

I ordered the sunglasses, paid with a bank transfer. My bank tells me that the transaction was successful.
During the first week, Visiofactory's support told me that they don't see the transaction, so I have to wait.
Now it's been 2 weeks, and they stopped answering me completely.
I sent them the transaction details with the confirmation, but they just ignored it.
So, basically, they've just stolen my money.
I highly recommend that you avoid this service, as you will just lose your money.

Update 11.07.2026: They received my payment after more than a month and I had to connect my concierge to contact them as they continued to ignore me to even have a message from them.
After they received a payment, the glasses were delivered within a week. So, be aware of the payment with the bank transfer

Poor customer service

I placed my first order here because the website promised delivery in 2-3 working days. It’s now been two weeks and I still haven’t received my package. Customer service didn’t notice anything was wrong until I contacted them, and even then, I haven’t gotten any real updates.

This order was supposed to be my travel sunglasses, but I never received them in time for my trip. Now, even after coming back, I still have no clear answer about where my package is or if they plan to compensate. Very disappointing experience.

Lost package and don't respond

Had the same experience as a lot of people here complaining: spend almost 300 euros for a sunglass and selected DPD as the carrier. Visiofactory decided to change it to chronopost.fr. Visiofactory stated that delivery's can be expected within 3 business days. After 1 week I wrote an email with my concerns because I didn't receive anything and the delivery process stopped at the distribution. They responded a couple of days later that they will start an investigation, but never followed-up. It has been three weeks ago and there is no response at all anymore. I am extremely dissapointed in this kind of service. Problems can happen of course, but it is how you handle it as of from there.

Bad communication and very bad shipping

I did an order on 03-28-2025 but my order is still not here. They say there is an investigation on my package but they don’t say anymore than that. I’m so done with this they said my package would be there that same week I ordered but it’s now nearly a month later.

Very satisfied

I ordered a pair of eyeglasses frames from their website, and the order arrived within a week (5 business days) in Romania. The package arrived in good condition, and the glasses came with a case and a certificate of authenticity. Very satisfied with the experience. Even though I am not from France and was a bit worried it might be a scam, everything went smoothly, and I highly recommend this site!

Bad service in case of stolen package

Glasses in the package I ordered were stolen. Now a week later still no solution and no one is answering my mails. No return of my money, glasses worth almost euro 300. Very bad service. I would not advice buying here.

Visiofactory will do nothing for you!

Order a sunglasses some time ago. Delivery was good, unfortunately the glasses were to small for so I had to return them. Send the package back to the address that was on the return form. After several attempts to deliver the package the package returned to me and the original glasses where stolen... Never will order again, since when you want to return the glasses you have the risk that your return package will be stolen and Visiofactory will do nothing for you!
