They give people with complex pre-existing conditions a chance for full cover, WHEN nearly all travel insurers don't want to know you. They take the stress out of trying to get travel insurance.

Easy online application with clear steps to follow. A little annoying that when wanting to retrieve quote I couldn't then continue thru link to purchase without ringing agent and paying via them.
