Paid $51.68 for a package. Adore uses Aramex, package delivered today to a strangers address. No refund, no communication from the company, just a bot. Don’t give them your money. Don’t pay for stuff you will never receive.

I've ordered many times from this store, very positive experiences.
When I had a problem with the web-page loading after paying, I'd contacted customer support to make sure my order went through and they were very pleasant to deal with!

One of my favourite features is the filtering system which you can make very specific, for example:

> I can filter my skin/hair type
> What choices I'd like to make
(Vegan, Cruelty free etc)
> And what ingredients I'd like to have or avoid

The list goes on.

They have a decently large range of high end products with reasonable pricing & they're always nicely packaged when delivered. Every parcel I'd received always had a cookie to thank me for my purchase & I'd even received some stickers on my most recent order.

One thing I do wish they had
would be an even larger range of products, sometimes I'll have to purchase specific brands from other stores but I shouldn't expect them to have everything as that wouldn't be realistic

Always had a great service with Adore Beauty. Products shipped quickly with a reliable shipping company and prices are very good.

First of all, their website is so misleading, that I received an absolutely not what I was buying.
However, they were understanding and organised a free return for me. I have sent the item back, it was delivered to them on September 18th with the SIGNATURE! It is 31 October and they keep saying they never received my return! Is this a joke? Clearly, not getting my money or a correct item back. Very disappointing and never ordering from them again.
Stay away from this website!

Updating: the team got back to me within a couple of days and organised the redelivery of the full purchase. All in all, I got my order, nicely packed, everything included, within a week frame.

Wow, just wow.. a Very disappointing experience. I received my order: eye pencil was missing altogether, Kora's eye oil leaked through the seal all over its box and as a cherry on the top - there was a cockroach inside of the wrapping paper.
I emailed and let customer service know about the missing product, and I am waiting to hear back.

Have ordered before and had a prompt delivery. All good so tried again.
Delivery was a while so checked tracking - delivered to a city a very long way from me! I week on still trying to make contact. They dont take phone calls, dont respond to email for 3-5 days and then just a chatty " your parcel was delivered on -----". Chatbot takes you in circles with no option to explain whats happened. Basically no way to resolve issue - just an absolute lack of customer service. NEVER NEVER AGAIN! SO RIPPED OFF

I received my tube of Peter Thomas Roth today, delivery was quick.
I give this product 5⭐ b'coz it does what it says it will do 💯. I 💜 and recommend it.

While I was placing my order there was a fault with the server and I received a message to say my order couldn’t be completed and to try again later. I tried three times over a brief period and received the same message. I logged out and decided to try the following day. I then discovered my order had been placed and charged three times. The company were no help at all and consequently I had three identical packages shipped and charged to my account. I won’t purchase from them again.

Adore Beauty is my go-to for skincare. I love their products and they ship super fast!

Adore Beauty stock items that are always out of stock in NZ. My parcel arrived in Wellington from Australia in less than a week! I appreciate the Pureology sample and Tim Tam treat! :) I will definitely be a returning customer.

Absolutely bloody useless and it's a scam company. Don't order anything from them because you won't receive anything or get hold of anyone.

Ordered up to $300 worth of products from their online site on 25/10/22 it was confirmed the following day (Wednesday) which was great because I did make this purchase Tuesday night. I made this order with confidence because they offer “express shipping” and pride themselves in super quick delivery. I’m from NZ so I think expecting to receive it the following week by Thursday/Friday was reasonable. I’ve ordered from multiple other businesses through express shipping from Australia and received it much quicker than this.

To make this experience what it was, to drive me to write this review. “ I CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY “ tried calling multiple times today throughout the day, straight to voicemail, emailed them the last 2/3 days no response & the live chat just keeps referring me to help articles! . Which I think is not very helpful at all ! Wished I hadn’t cause now I’m $300 out with no birthday present to give on time! 😡

Annoying website

Tried to purchase a product using different payment afterpay and paypal. It goes thru but then an e-mail comes back declined.
Not sure why it's declined . I'll purchase somewhere else instead

I ordered 2 items and it said it has a 20% discount on the next purchase promo code : JUN6987 - and it cannot get in the promo box. So frustrating as it says for a first time purchaser. Then theres supposed to be another bonus moisturizer to go with it and that wasn't even in the package. Bad experience , i will go to the official aesop website next time cos i did send them an email about this and i did not receive any reply at all. Very disappointing indeed .

Fast shipping, products arrived as expected. Placed an order here as I had previously ordered from Look Fantastic/RY.com.au and that order still hasn't been shipped after nearly 3 weeks. My order from Adore was dispatched the next day and arrived within a week!

Im always buying here!
The ship the next day which is great.
