Very very bad customer service and false information were provided to me and now I have to pay for two bills and I had changed internet service from you see to Norlys. However, they failed to provide or deliver any modem or device I changed more then 10 days ago .During my conversation with the consultant's shop, he attempted to ignore me and speak with his own people in his own language. The service was terrible and unprofessional. I won't use it again after 6 month
Can't believe that we still have to pay the electricity bill 3 months after moved out from our old apartment!!! Even though we called norlys at the time of moving. But Apparently its not enough to call norlys to tell them that we have already sold the house and moved out??? its a horrible cs/company to deal with.

Had a great experience with the customer service in-store. The staff were friendly, quick to understand my issue, and went the extra mile to help—no runaround, just solid support. Would happily come back based on this alone.
Incorrect invoice, they bill from the date the contract was signed, not from the date the internet delivery to the address actually started, I informed them about the problem and they always make fun of me, they say that they will deduct the difference from the next invoice, which does not happen. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! SCAM COMPANY!

Can't get a terminal in Norlys willing to take care.
I wrote to customer service about a contract cancelled long ago at the time of Telia. It is still charged on the invoice and if not paid, all other numbers on the invoice are blocked.
We are talking about shops who need internet for their customers.
This is so frustrating. The company owe us money for incorrect invoices forced to be paid. I work for several companies in Bornholm but there is no more shop there. No email where one can write for companies. It seems easier to get answer through Trustpilote :)))

I pre-ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max on 12/09 with a promised delivery date of 19/09. However, when I called on 22/09, I was informed that the delivery would be delayed until after 02/10. If a company is unable to manage product deliveries reliably, it should not commit to specific delivery dates when taking customer orders.

They offered 500 kr credit to also get my electricity from Norlys. My September phone bill was covered and 191kr will go towards my October payment. Shoutout to Norlys

Worse company in the WORLD !!
They overcharged me thousands of kroners for a subscription that I clearly canceled many many months previously. I called them by phone in early Dec 2024, and I sent an email for the cancelation.
Their amatuer operation forgot to actually execute the cancelation !!
So in the course of Jan - July 2025 my betalingservice kept paying monthly invoices. Wow!
Never got a refund.
I let it go, but the bastards still hounded me for a hundred kroners over some other ridiculious charges. ... which in the middle of JUly 2024, the total I was still due was 244.77 kr.
Then, I even paid that off too on Aug 1, to just to get these thieves off my back. I paid that 244.77, but they still conmtinue to send me more bogus crap scam charges of 100.00 for something I have no cluse for..
Then adding more insult to injury, they keep on sending me this goddam "Gebyr" of 100 kr.
WHEN WILL THIS END !!!

I canceled my phone on february, and they forced me to pay for march. Since the end of our agreement, they have sent me 5 "rykkegebyr" out of nowhere, notifying me of their existance once it was too late to pay them on time. It's been already 530kr, and the support doesn't answer or give any explanation.
Clearly they steal from you little by little, so it isn't worth to pay for a lawyer. Don't commit the mistake of giving your personal data to this criminals

Extremely poor customer support and a fake promise.
I was told that the internet would be up and running from September 17, 2025 and that didn't happen. After talking to the customer service, i was assured that today I will receive update, but nothing happened.
Today, September 18, 2025 when I called again since there is no internet, I was told that it will take some days for the internet to be activated and even the supervisor refused to speak with me and will call me after 48HOURS.
Imagine when you have children at home and everyone is working even from home and this company NORDLYS is making everyones life difficult.

I wanted internet from Norlys, so I contacted them and asked when they can deliver the router and activate my connection, so I could cancel my current provider to specific date. They said 1 week at latest. After 6 days, I got email that my connection is now active, but had no router. So I contacted them again and they said that router was never sent, but this time they are making sure that it will be sent. So I moved cancellation date for one more week with my current provider. 6 days later, no router, I call to Norlys asking where is the router. They said it was never sent again...but this time they surely will do it - I cancelled the whole contract. Enough is enough.
