A more personal experience required
What I liked is you get more than 5 choices to switch to and the savings you'll likely to make with each.
What I didn't like was that these were based against my previous not current supplier and there was no option available to update details about my current supplier and their rates to return a more accurate estimation.
Hence, the fee charged against the service seems too high (almost double what I was charged two years ago).

Thank you for taking the time to write a review, it's very much appreciated.
So, we are proud to provide a personalised experience to our customers where we message at least three times prior to the contract end date but we didn't hear anything back from you.
In that scenario our system has no way of knowing who you switched to. Had we known who you had switched to we would have updated your file.
Our system will still have calculated your savings against out of contract rates so your savings would have been broadly similar either way.
Our fee has remained the same (unlike almost everything else it seems) at 10% of savings subject to our minimum fee of €40. So as always the more we save you the customer the better for all concerned.
