A more personal experience required
What I liked is you get more than 5 choices to switch to and the savings you'll likely to make with each.
What I didn't like was that these were based against my previous not current supplier and there was no option available to update details about my current supplier and their rates to return a more accurate estimation.
Hence, the fee charged against the service seems too high (almost double what I was charged two years ago).
