Absolutely appalling. I cannot access this site, even though i have a paid subscription, because their multi-factor authentication sends a sign in code but does not provide anywhere to input the sign in code. That would be bad in itself if there were a support service, but the support only works if you are signed in. I cannot cancel my subscription because I can't sign in. No phone support. No obvious email address. This is a complete customer service failure.
Addendum: The website contacted me a few days after this review was posted. They had fixed the problem and apologized profusely.

The multi-factor authentication had a glitch for a few hours, and you were trying to sign in during that time.

For the second time in a row, this site took my money and then immediately said the booking had failed and that the money would not be refunded for up to 5 days. Terrible.
