ONLINE PEER SUPPORT
Founded by Nalgona Positivity Pride, Sage and Spoon is a support program established to meet a need for more closed spaces designated for members of Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) communities struggling with body image issues and/or disordered eating. Sage and Spoon support groups are free to attend and open to folks 18+ of all gender identities, expressions, and sizes.
Meetings take place via Zoom every last Wednesday of the month.
Meal support is a time set for community meals that offers distraction with recovery forward conversation and learning. It is a reminder that you are not alone, and that you deserve to show up and be supported exactly where you are.

Sheena's Place is seeking artists to support its cause by donating original art pieces to be auctioned off during the exhibit. Each donated piece will
also be included in our fundraising auction, with 70% of the sale going to support Sheena’s Place, and the remaining 30% going to
the artist. Applications to submit artwork will be accepted from April 1 to April 25, 2024.
