Hello Bob:
We hope you can come to our next User Group Meeting on Thursday, June 16, from 1:30-2:30 p.m. over Zoom.

A Mass.gov chatbot has been on COVID-19 pages for more than a year. Now we’re working to expand the chatbot to more services on Mass.gov. Using Google Analytics data, we have determined 7 services that are the most used on Mass.gov and plan to start with these. Over time, more will be added.

We want all Mass.gov authors and editors to be aware of this exciting new project.
