Regarding the gift:
At PokeNin, we run a free gift campaign where orders over ¥5,000 receive one AR/CHR card. However, due to the popularity of this campaign, stock sometimes runs out, and the gift may not have been included in your order.
If a free gift is not automatically included with your order, we are unable to add it to the shipment. However, if you contact our customer support after placing your order, it may be possible to include it. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Regarding top loaders:
For certain price ranges, such as cards over ¥10,000, a top loader is included. However, even for cards that do not come with a top loader, we take precautions against bending and water damage before shipping.
Regarding the white dot on cards:
It is common for the illustration side to have white dots, and these are not included in our condition grading standards. For white chips on the back of the card, there may have been an oversight during inspection. In such cases, refunds or exchanges are possible. Please contact customer support with your order details so we can assist you further.
