Inconsistent quality of meals and portions, delivery service been flaky recently notifications nonexistent, or late

So far I have enjoyed everything I've tried, which is crazy because im a picky eater. I even got a meal and then questioned why I ordered it because it had vegeteble couscous, which never in a million years would eat. I chopped up the chicken and ate a little of everything with each bite, ya...I ate the whole meal. It is a little pricey to do every week, but you can skip weeks, which is good. The protein shakes were good too.

Delicious meals! I have not been disappointed in the quality and flavor of the meals over the past 2 weeks. However, I find the vegetable side of the meals to be inconsistent. The container in one meal will be 1/2 full while another identical meal will only have a couple of spoonfuls of the vegetables.

Our first time using this service. "Supposedly" it's supposed to be good.

Out of the box experience... trying to sign up for 2 persons to receive 2 meals a day didn't work on the web browser so had to use the phone. That's sad that the web portal and phone portal don't align.

Day 1 we received out meals. Except, we received the wrong meals. We received 4 of some, 0 of others. and 3 other meals we didn't want.... and even put in the request not to have certain foods.

They didn't care. I called customer service. They apologized and told me they ran out of meals so they replaced them.

Not even the courtesy to let us know?

Terrible service up front. We'll see how the meals actually taste.

going back to a local meal service that is 25$ more a week for the same amount of food.

Food was really good but the price for the quantity doesn’t make sense for me. I’m an endurance runner and need more quantity for lunch. At the price/quantity it doesn’t make sense for me to continue.

Loved the number of interesting dishes and the healthy choices. Also great plant-based choices.

This week’s picks were very good. We sampled the chicken and pasta dishes which were amazing! I still think the side veggies should be more plentiful. For example, we only got 2 small broccoli florets with our serving. I would think, for a healthy meal, the veggie serving would be much larger.

Not a fan of DoorDash deliveries. I just started back up and will see how the food tastes.

Very poor communication with this company. Impossible to speak with a person.

Am loving these meals! Food is delish and the convenience of having prepared meals at hand is priceless.

Both my wife and I can’t remove the plastic on the meal after cooking

The first box was never delivered the 50% discount was to go on the second box and that never happened either the food is OK

This order was supposed to be skipped but arrived anyway. We are not able to consume the meals as quickly as they come, so we want to cancel this subscription indefinitely, and would like a refund for this last non ordered box.

The lion share of the meals are great and tasty, the portions are perfect however, A lot of green beans and the majority of the time I have to pick off the stems or remove dry or expired pieces.

Arrived on time and all the food tasted great

The potions seemed small, the vegetables were soggy and the sauces for the meat dissolved along with the mashed potatoes. The cost of the meal did it match the quality of or lack thereof.

The food is good but the portions are small and sometimes I have opened up the meals and there will be hardly anything in it.

The pork dishes that were picked for me in week 2 were very mid to not good. Two deliveries were messed up, one missing an item and one a day late. Very mid in total for something so expensive

I love the food. I do not like the customer service or the customer experience on line.

The food tasted good. However, the packaging was hard to open, the clear material covering the food frequently has to be peeled back so you can stir the contents and remove the food from the black tray into a dish. Additionally, the cooking instructions are difficult to read because it is very small and think is not dark enough.
