As a new customer, I needed some information and Maria A was able to enlighten me on everything with speed, accuracy, and calmness. Thank you :)
I never signed a contract with NRGi, yet somehow I was automatically registered with them through Rentdesk when I moved into my flat. I already had a contract with Andel Energi, where my monthly bill was around 250 kr.
Despite this, my roommate started receiving bills from NRGi for 727 kr — with made-up kWh numbers that don’t match our real consumption at all. This feels like a scam.
I called NRGi to get answers and even recorded the call. They admitted that my roommate didn’t have to pay anything and promised to send an email confirming this. Yet I still receive nonsensical paper bills from them.
This whole process has been frustrating, misleading, and deeply unprofessional. Be very cautious if you find yourself tied to NRGi without your consent.

I just moved to NRGI and got very cheap price for electricity and also ordered for installation of charging box for my electric vehicle. I found Lisbeth is very good at the customer support and she described me every thing in detail and suggest me best charging box with discount.
