Faulty device and disappointing customer service
Payed 506,21€ in total for a NerdQaxe++Hydro and received a faulty device.
After unpacking and connecting the device, it wasn't running as it should. The NerdQaxe++Hydro was working very slow and needed about 30min to reach 4,6 TH/s (with default setting).
But not only that, after a few minutes the display shows the error message "PSU ERROR - guru meditation #00000015".
After plugging in the cable and reconnecting, the NerdQaxe++Hydro was slower as before and needed about 40min to reach only 800GH/s.
The WEB-UI shows ASIC Voltage: 1,15V but the ASIC Voltage Measured shows: 1,00V.
At the beginning, the customer support answered emails, explained there had been an issue with the supplier and asked me to repair the device by my own. They confirmed that the garanty will not be affected and to cover the additional repair costs I incurred they wanted to pay me 30,-€, which I haven't received until today.
The company told me to remove the radiator screw, reapply the thermal paste evenly, and then reattach it. This should resolve the issue.
I did the repair, but the device showed the same issue as in the beginning with only reaching 4,6TH/s and after 1 day again "PSU ERROR - guru meditation #00000015".
After that I asked for the 14-days-return and the company asked me to fill out a RMA and later they prepared a shipping label. Because this shipping documentation was missing a product safety data sheet or certificate of non-hazardousness, there had been various days delay at the Dangerous Goods Department in Spain. After more than one week of transportation, the device reached its destination in Ireland.
A few days later the company ignored my demand for the 14-days refund and send me the same faulty device again, without repairing it. They tested it and knew that this unit had still problems (confirmed via Whatsapp).
If there had been an advantage for the company, they responded to the Emails within a day. Now they are ignoring my mails and on Whatsapp I haven't received any useful answer neither.
To be honest I am very disappointed with mineshop.eu and not going to buy there anymore.
If I don't receive an adequate solution within a week, I will take legal actions and write more comments on social media.

Before shipping, we provided you with screenshots showing that the miner was tested and working correctly.
We also issued two prepaid shipping labels to assist with the return.
Unfortunately, the delay in transport was caused by the courier requiring extra safety documentation, which is outside of our control.
Once the miner reached us, we tested it again and confirmed it was operational before sending it back to you. If something went wrong during shipping or reinstallation, we are still here to help resolve the issue. At no point have we ignored your emails or messages—we have been in communication and working with you to find a solution.
We understand your disappointment, but leaving a 1-star review does not reflect the service and effort we have provided. We remain committed to helping you resolve the issue fully. Please get back in touch so we can finalize a proper solution.
