Amazing

I have had this coffee machine for just under 18 months and it is a complete game changer.

I use Nespresso pods and it is ideal for camping and remote medical events I cover, giving me the perfect cup of coffee every time I use it.

I use boiling water as opposed to the self heat function and when working remotely, I use a solar panel to keep its charge topped up.

This piece of kit is highly recommended for coffee lovers that like a fresh brew on the go.

As good as it gets!

This addition to the outin nano is a must have! Design and materials are realy good.
Small issue I have is that the coffee puck isn’t comming out very easy so a second basket would be a welcome adition.

I have the perfect grindsize for my coffee so I pre grind before I go out. But for a camping trip it would be nice to grind on the spot. So I think you have got me hooked for the Outin Fino.

Possibly the worst experience I've had…

Possibly the worst experience I've had with a company in a long time tbh. I bought an Outin Nano, which stopped working after 4 uses. The pump stopped pumping water through. I got in contact with customer support which after repeating the same info to them many times have since stopped responding to me.

Need Bigger!

Protective Case: I’m usually a pretty resourceful person when it comes to bags and cases for what I need to use for travel. But I’m also a stickler for branded items. Call me strange. I realize that a protective case that would hold, the Nano, Fino, Claro, universal coffee stand, canister, and the silicone mat all in one case would be at least double the size of the one that’s offered now. But on a personal level, I’m completely good with that. At least I would know that all my needed items are in one place. I’ve looked at different options to create my own case and it is possible, but I would much prefer a branded OutIn case with predefined molded areas for each item.

Better than I expected

Awesome. Better than I expected. If it had a battery level indicator like the Outin Nano Portable Espresso Machine it would be perfect.

Great machine!

It's a joy to prepare and extract double shots in my Outin Nano with the Basket Plus and a breeze to clean for the next coffee. Overall, it is a very efficient and user-friendly portable espresso machine.

I use the OutIn Nano when we travel and love it. Sometimes hotels have crappy in room coffee or none at all with an expensive lobby coffee shop. This is perfect for us!

I would rate my experience better, except that Outin has been slow responding to the issue of no charge plug included in the package. For the money spent, there should darn well be a charge plug included!
I’m still waiting to hear if they will sent the charge plug……

Direct purchase or via Amazon Both Absolute Disaster

Whether buying from you directly or ordering from Amazon, it was an Absolute Disaster – FOUR Returns!

This is hands down the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I am now returned this product for the FOURTH time. Four times! How is this even possible from a company like Amazon, it very obvious that you as a company will not responsibility!!? But I received this from Outin-US and I received this wrong item on purpose. I warned in my earlier review that this felt intentional, and at this point, I’m convinced it is either pure incompetence or complete disregard for customers.

I have wasted weeks of my time, energy, and money dealing with packaging, shipping, and waiting, only to receive the same defective item again and again. This has been nothing short of a nightmare. I don’t even want this product anymore. I refuse to ship it back yet again. I want a FULL refund and I am done with this mess.

This entire ordeal is a shameful reflection on Amazon and the seller. For a company of this size and reputation, this is absolutely unacceptable. You’ve lost my trust entirely.

Horrible customer service

I purchased the outin nano, basket plus, travel case, and the coffee stand all together. The nano itself makes great espresso, basket plus is needed for full size shots, and the travel case fits everything I need including my grinder.

I'm leaving a one star review because they did not send me the coffee stand I purchased. While I understand oversights occur and mistakes happen, the company has made no effort to remedy the situation. I contacted customer service as soon a I noticed it (a week ago). Since then, Outin Support told me they will ask the carrier to locate the package...

A few days go by, I send them another email and their mailbox is full! I got a kickback message from GoDaddy.

A few more days go by and I submit a request through their portal on their website, I get a reply asking for: A picture of everything I received, and a picture of all of the packages I received.

My packages are thrown away (it's been a week), and I sent them a picture of all of the items I got.

This has been a horrible experience with their customer service team and I can't imagine the headache if my unit stops working, or I encountered a larger issue.

I just spent great weekend on Mountain…

I just spent great weekend on Mountain Bike trip with my new Nano Portable Espresso Machine Set which I took with me. It's simply great to have coffee whenever I want, simple to use but delicious espresso which I like. It's just first experience, but I am simply glad to have it and very satisfied.

Perfect for travel

Bough this as I travel a lot to and within costa rica. Most Airbnbs only have drip coffee makers. I was amazed at the shot this pulls. Even better than my breville machine at home.
Fits perfectly in my carry on.
