My first experience with Samtrygg was…

My first experience with Samtrygg was good but with the second one which I am dealing with right now I can say have been the worst and most stressful experience that I have had. They advertised an apartment which suited me well and I signed a contract with them. few weeks later I hear from the landlord (and not the Samtrygg) that he cannot rent out the place since the commission does not allow him to rent out his apartment. Samtrygg advertised the apartment and signed a contract with me without first checking if the apartment is rentable or not. My current contract will finish soon and Samtrygg doesn't show any responsibility to help me find a place. It takes ages to answer my emails and they don't show the slightest responsibility if I don't send them an email and ask for the follow up . The way they have treated me and my case cannot be worse than this.
