This company is completely let down by…

This company is completely let down by the admin side. I arranged a radiator flush on 14th December and received an email to confirm the appointment. When no-one appeared, I phoned to ask why and I was told that the engineer was ill and they hadn't phoned to tell me because it was in their diary for 15th December. No apology - they just treat me like something they stepped in - and no attempt to rearrange the appointment even though they have taken the payment in advance

Why make it possible to send a customer one date and to enter another date in your diary? Because the customer is an unwelcome distraction who deserves to be inconvenienced as much as possible.

Here we are over four weeks later (16/01/2023) and not a word from the BeSure Group. It seems that I can be sure that once they have my money, they forget about me
