MEGA’s Business pricing is highly competitive. For €15 per month, you get a minimum of 3 users, 3 TB of base storage quota, and 3 TB of base transfer quota.
Additional users
Additional users are only €5 per month each.
Note
If any users were deactivated during the previous payment cycle, the Business account will continue to charge for the deactivated users, until they have been disabled for at least 15 consecutive days. Reactivating disabled users resets this timer.
Additional storage or transfer
You don’t need to pay for additional storage or transfer in advance. You can use as much storage or transfer as you need and you’ll be billed for it the following month. Your account dashboard will show your upcoming charges.
Note
Storage usage is calculated daily. Charges are based on the lowest storage used out of the 5 highest usage days in a month. The excess storage used on the other 4 highest usage days is free.
How does Business billing work?
If you use any additional storage or transfer beyond your base 3 TB, you will be charged €2.50 per TB for extra storage used or extra transfer used.
With every TB of extra storage, you will get the same amount of free transfer and vice-versa.
For example:
- If you use 5 TB of storage and 5 TB of transfer and have 5 users, your account will be charged the base price plus 2 additional users and 2 TB of extra storage. The 2 TB of extra transfer will be free.
So, you will be charged €15 + €10 + €5 = €30. - If you use 9 TB of storage and 7 TB of transfer and have 5 users, your account will be charged the base price plus 2 additional users and 6 TB of extra storage. The 4 TB of extra transfer will be free.
So, you will be charged €15 + €10 + €15 = €40. - If you use 5 TB of storage and 7 TB of transfer and have 5 users, your account will be charged the base price plus 2 additional users and 4 TB of extra transfer. The 2 TB of extra storage will be free.
So, you will be charged €15 + €10 + €10= €35.

Your monthly invoices are created automatically with the details you provided for the initial payment. You can download these invoices from your account dashboard.
