Horrible customer service (read all)
Horrible customer service!! They never contact you back! I was having an issue using their website. I had previously ordered from them and received order at my address, the product was bad but that's another story. I went to place another order with them, system did not accept address they successfully shipped to before. Contacted them to remedy at least 5 times on different days, no answer back. I felt like I was begging them to make a sale, what sense does that make?? I gave up on them and went to another vendor, my time is more important to me to waste on dysfunctional vendors. I would have given them zero stars if possible.
