A foglalkozási vegyianyag-expozíciós határértékekkel foglalkozó tudományos bizottság (SCOEL) ajánlásai
A foglalkozási vegyianyag-expozíciós határértékekkel foglalkozó tudományos bizottságot (SCOEL) az Európai Bizottság hozta létre 1995-ben azzal a céllal, hogy a rendelkezésre álló legfrissebb tudományos adatok alapján értékelje a veszélyes munkahelyi vegyianyag-expozíció lehetséges egészségügyi hatásait. Ebben az adattárban azok az anyagok szerepelnek, amelyek értékelését a bizottság 2018-ig, megbízatásának lejártáig elvégezte.
Az egészség szempontját előtérbe helyező tudományos ajánlásokat a vegyi anyagokról szóló irányelv, valamint a rákkeltő anyagokról és mutagénekről szóló irányelv szerinti foglalkozási expozíciós határértékek megállapítására használták fel a munkavállalók vegyi kockázatokkal szembeni védelme érdekében. Ez utóbbi irányelvet később felváltotta a rákkeltő, mutagén és reprodukciót károsító anyagokról szóló irányelv (CMRD, 2004/37/EK).
A korábban a SCOEL honlapján közzétett adattár azon anyagok listáját tartalmazza, amelyekre vonatkozóan a SCOEL ajánlásokat és véleményeket fogadott el a munkavállalók egészségére hatást gyakorló anyagok toxikológiai értékelésével kapcsolatban.
Magyarázat a tábla értelmezéséhez
A táblázatban feltüntetett anyagazonosítók az ECHA vegyianyag-adatbázisából származnak:
- Anyag neve
- EK-/Listaszám (európai közösségi szám/az ECHA által hozzárendelt listaszám)
- CAS RN (azaz Vegyianyag Nyilvántartási Szolgálat nyilvántartási szám)
A táblázat minden egyes anyag esetében tartalmazza továbbá a SCOEL által adott nevet (zárójelben, amennyiben eltér az ECHA által használt névtől), a SCOEL-dokumentumszámot, az ajánlás elfogadásának vagy módosításának évét, valamint magát az ajánlást PDF formátumban.
