can't open any apps on my phone
I can't open any apps on my phone, I can still swipe around but I can't open any apps, not even settings. the force quit doesn't work either and I tried. please help me.

Can you do a reset depressing the volume up quickly and release, volume down quickly release and then the off button until the swipe slide shows up. You indicated you could still slide around.
