Apple TV is distorted on my other Sony tv
I can’t see the picture clearly on my bedroom tv.

Perhaps where the Sony is located it has a poor wi-fi signal. Note I am not referring to the speed of your wi-fi I am referring to signal strength. You can use a tool such as iStumbler to see if the location of the Sony is getting a strong signal.
