NominalChargeCapacity (current maximum capacity): 845 mAh
CycleCount (number of complete charge cycles): 2305 cycles
Relative to when it was new, your battery capacity is 48.01%.
Yea! But it’s not 100% Real because this shortcuts use old data to show you can trust it 99%

im take a new apple 12 but battery health was very week but why Iam do for good battery health

Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Share iPhone Analytics = ON
...If it's been set to ON for >24 hours you should see the file.

It's not clear what you mean by "real" battery health. If you mean you want to create a shortcut that takes you to Settings>Battery>Battery Health, start here:

If you mean something else, please explain.

You access battery health through Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
If you want to enable Low Power mode, you can do that through the Control Center. If you don't see the icon for it, go to Settings>Control Center>More Controls>Low Power Mode and add it.
