If the person already accepted the money, you will have to ask the person that received it, to send it back. Like cash transactions you are entirely responsible for any money you send with Apple Cash.

If its still pending of being accepted, you may be able to cancel it by following the steps here: link-> Send and receive money with Apple Cash - Cancel Payments - Apple Support
