I’ve been a fitbit user for many years, and I still use the Flex. I don’t need all the stuff that newer models offer.
Well, this latest update is really AWFUL. I tracked steps, mileage, calories and sleep, but now I can’t make the choice to see those items on my home screen.
But, worse than that, now I’m GETTING ABSOLUTELY NO DATA!!!
I had gotten no data, although wearing my fully charged Flex, for the last 2 days, so I deleted the app and reloaded it, hoping that would help. Instead, I got this NEW VERSION, and IT doesn’t WORK AT ALL.

I agree! This last update sucks! I have also been a user for many years and now my device is missing completely from my account and there's no way for me to add it back again. What a piece of crap they're offering now.

Over the past week, my fitbit keeps losing sync and posting no data to my Conqueror Challenge. It's so frustrating. With my arthritis, moving around at all is a victory, but I want it to count toward my goal. I hope they fix this "Update" soon. It's awful!

Agree, i just need a tracker for my steps and sone other healthy activities including swimming, and my Flex 2 has done just that ! And it has accompanied me for almost 10 years now.
Its slim armband design is really nice, I bought many armband styles.
Unfortunately, all good stuffs must come to an end. Sadly, I dropped it and it shattered a few weeks ago. Although I tried to fix it and it worked for a while. Now it’s not working.
i would love to buy another one like this.
