I have had the same issue. Was working, then wasn’t. I followed the instructions provided by trouble shooting team and now I can’t reconnect my device via Bluetooth and the screen is still black. The Charge 4 was still tracking on my app, but the screen was black. Then I was told to remove it and reinstall. That made things worse and now Fitbit has told me that I’m out of luck and will need to replace my tracker. They provided a discount code, but when I went to the link to look at products, it only offers new products which provide way more than I need and seem to only be Google supported. I just wanted a simple tracker that is supported by my devices and apps. Through all of this I have realized that the Google/Fitbit merger has rendered me obsolete. They don’t seem to want my business - upgrading my tracker at least four times since they started their company, seems to mean nothing to them. Compare to world events this is a nothing issue and doesn’t matter to anyone but me. Using my Fitbit was just something I enjoyed …I’ll just have to focus on something else. If they can move on, I suppose I can too. Good luck everyone.
