I see and have read the many comments by fellow Sense users who have run into the same scenario I have regarding the Logo screen of death. So far, nothing has worked regarding the hold the button for 10 seconds exercises (I will make further attempts). Also, I, along with a number of Sense users, obtained my Sense after my Ionic had a similar reboot loop after an update...miraculously, the Ionic soon fell under a recall, which entitled me to a discount toward the purchase of several Fitbit models, including the Sense in question here. All of those have worked fine and as a result I upgraded to premium membership. The features on the Sense worked great and I was starting to enjoy tracking sleep, etc. Never again people. Whether this is a case of planned obsolescence or an accident during the update process, in either case, I and many users are left with a once trusted time piece/ fitness tracker we can no longer trust. It's just that simple. The company (Fitbit/Google) needs to invest in an update process where there is a foolproof failsafe process to reboot the watches immediately or get out of the tracker business, period. By the way, I do appreciate the help offered by the folks responding to the folks on the community pages here as they may not be part of the development team, but this has become comical due to the number of people affected by a simple "update" that renders these watches un-useable for at least a short period of time for some (at least a day or two) and permanently as in my case.
