Horrible. Ordered contacts,was sent e-mails notifying me that the order had shipped. Received an e-mail several hours later informing me that there was a mix-up, and the contacts initially requested were sold-out. How can that be if they had already been shipped? My advice is to go to an actual store to purchase halloween contact lenses.
