1. Your bet was made using your Bonus Balance (BB).
2. This bet used all the money from your BB, so the BB became zero. When this happens, the bonus linked to this balance is automatically cancelled.
3. Because the bonus was cancelled, the win cannot go back to your BB. The BB does not exist without a bonus.
4. The win also cannot go to your Real Balance (RB), because the rules do not allow winnings from a bonus to move to RB if the bonus is not completed.

So, if your last bet with BB was a winning one, but the bonus was cancelled because BB reached zero, then the win cannot be paid to any balance.

Goldbet stole my money, i didnt even got the chance to bet with it. I deposited, and the site crashed, after this crash, it was gone. After this I asked support for help, they didnt react the first time, so i mailed they also didnt react to this, i contacted support again(support reacted after 2-3 hours) and told me i was lying. So I would recommend everyone to not gamble here, its a really bad casino with bad support. Support lady was Anna -head of support. And after explaining the situation this is the literal reply i got:
