I ordered 1000/1000 mbit fiber on 12th of August with a date of going online on 17th. Todays is the 24th, still waiting.

Worst possible customer service. There is no way you can contact them, invoices are not being sent and then you get the 100dkk gebyr because you can't pay or even now about the existence of any invoice. And you can only terminate the contract by phone...and they are never available. Stay away if you can. Anything else is a better option

A constant struggle with incorrect or…
A constant struggle with incorrect or missing invoices. Every call takes about an hour of waiting time to reach support and when it's supposed to be solved, most times it's not - you'll have to do it all over again. It hasn't improved one bit in the year I've been a customer and I've been in contact with support 10+ times over the duration of 12 months. That's about 10 hours spent.
If you have any other option for an internet provider, my recommendation is to choose the other one.

Impossible to get in contact with support - waiting time of approx 2 hours. This is not a single event but I frequently had to contact them past last 3 months. The same every time. Shame on you Stofa/Norlys - with a financial record year and you have such a lousy support. However when I press 3 for buying a new product the sales person is there within 5 minutes.

Very bad customer service!
Take a long time to get them on the phone.
After I stopped my abonnement 3 years ago at stofa, they kept sending bills. I called them and had them on the chat to handle everything and they assured me that everything was okay. Now 3 years later I received a much larger bill from Collectia and if I don't pay soon, it will only be higher! Never ever go to Stofa!!!!! They are fraudsters!!!!! I can't warn people enough for them

After my last bad experience, I sent an email to the SoMe-support email as the reply to my review suggested.
Did I get a reply? Of course not. But its been only a few weeks, I'm sure they'll get back to me with "sorry, we no do english" soon enough.
And if any support person at Stofa reads this, please don't bother me with another "Oh I'm sorry..." BS if you're not willing to give me an email that actually works. This is the most fake customer support move I've ever experienced. And btw, this has nothing to do with SoMe, nonsensical email addresses like this just prove you have no f* idea what you're doing.
Outdated infrastructure, non-existent customer support, "secure browsing" features that probably just spy on you (and they probably can't do that well either).
Don't trust this company with anything. They can't even figure out how to make automatic channel selection on their APs work... everybody in my area is on channel 1 causing interefence... This has been a standard wifi feature for decades and they can't even do that right...
