I´m sorry to hear that you don´t like the taste. Our product is natural and full of vitamins, and with only a shot per day you are covered for the whole day. You can always mix Olistic with water, juice, smoothies or yogurt if you prefer.
Regarding the benefits we recommend to drink Olistic for 3-4 month for better results.

Since I started taking Olistic For Men…
Since I started taking Olistic For Men a few months ago I've been blown away by the effect on my hair's strength and texture, I've actually seen a real difference! I have to say, much more than any of the other treatments I had tried previously. I have been taking the supplement for 3 months and Olistic is much more than a hair supplement. It is loaded with vitamins and minerals which make my whole body thrive. My hair is growing very fast, and I have so many baby hairs growing! The biggest change i've noticed is also in the volume and health of my hair. Not to mention that my nails have gone from paper thin to long and strong!
