Very poor.

Seller wrote on deposit contract that he would refund the deposit if there is any major accident damage. A mechanic inspected and advised on major damage. I asked him to refund deposit and he denied and said its untrue.

I have bought a 2013 Toyota Camry from Fasesell and I’m very happy. Thank you Daniel for your honesty and good service.

I bought a Skoda Fabia from Fastsell.net Pty Ltd Castle Hills. They picked me up from the station in the car. The first question I asked was: What is the adaptive cruise control like? His response was: I haven't used it yet.

I bought the car, got onto the expressway, and went to use the cruise control and it didn't have it. I rang them and he said it wasn't in the ad. I said that I asked him specifically about it and what his response was. He lied and said I never asked. A complete lie because I know I did as it was the most important thing on the car to me.

I since have contacted Fair Trading and his response to them was: It has cruise control. I have the letter to prove it. So this proves he lied. It doesn't.

I am now taking legal action.

BEFORE IT GETS TO THIS STAGE DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING A CAR FROM THEM. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
