Misleading information and Marketing
Like many others, you’re lured in to use the “free” check to then have emails from a legal firm stating they’ll start acting on your behalf. Zero motivation or advice on how to cancel and stop this. Really poor and misleading marketing.

Just to clarify, on the last step of the form, it clearly states:

Legal text:
By proceeding, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Claims Gate Privacy Policy and Slater and Gordon UK Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions, and the Agreement Pack. You acknowledge that your electronic signature will be applied and emailed to you, and that Slater and Gordon will begin working on your claim(s) immediately, sending a letter of complaint to the lenders to determine if your PCP or HP agreements were mis-sold.
