Would rate zero stars. Worked when first arrived. 3 uses later the box won't turn on. Emailed customer services and was advised to send a photo of the error message. I advised the box won't turn on there is no error. Was advised IT will contact, that was 3 weeks ago. I've emailed them several times since and not had one response. Customer service e has been abysmal.
I bought 2 pairs of shoes. The first I'm really happy with. I wore the second for the first time yesterday and already some of the "leather" has rubbed away leaving a mark. Not the quality I expect.

The goods can be sent back using the prepaid label sent with the item with proof of purchase (the card statement will suffice). Alternatively, if you no longer have this label, please let us know and we can arrange for one to be sent. Please ensure to retain your proof of postage.
Once we receive the goods back they will be sent for a faulty inspection. Please note, this can take 3 to 5 working days. If the goods are deemed faulty we will be more than happy to issue you with a refund or an exchange.
