Solid integration with very few settings to worry about. However, I didn't like how it displayed my variant images in the ads. I found a fix by using the CustomPix Shopify app. It uses a supplemental feed to update the photos without changing my store
Extremely disappointed with Meta’s support
I’ve asked for support more than six times and every single request has been ignored. Meta keeps telling me that a representative will call me, but no one ever does. I’m stuck with an issue that should be simple to resolve, yet there’s absolutely no real support or follow-through from Meta’s side.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be paying for ads and following all their instructions, only to be met with automated responses, empty promises, and no actual help. Meta needs to seriously improve their customer service and stop claiming they will call if they have no intention of doing so.
My name is carmen Proctor. I am the owner of Blushbeam.co.uk. I thought that Facebook and Instagram were easy to set up, but I am in the process of hiring a freelancer who has the expertise to completely set up Facebook and Instagram for me. The pixel tracking on Facebook is very hard to set up. Facebook need to make that system simple for individuals who do not have the money to pay a freelancer to set up Facebook. When I fix something on Facebook, some else goes wrong; it's getting too hard.
Can't connect existing catalogue if we are uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Also instagram is not connecting to shopify store with full fuctionaly such as boost post goal for make a purchase.
Very Bad Service, The Support is Trash, I only Use it To Connect my Pixel and Create a Product Catalog,, the rest is a BS, not responsive, many Bugs, Lags, Slow UX, and the Support are not Friendly at all, Facebook Ads are very Bad, they take all the money you put to get the Same low impressions, it doesn't matter the amount you put to Run Ads, you always get the same amount of views and impressions, I was Running a Product Catalog Ads to realized after spending ¥20,000 a few of my Product Catalog image are not even showing and I noticed a lot of Bugs and Lags on Facebook Ads Manager that can take hours to not even solves it, the support make me take a bunch of times talking to them through the Chat and after that they said they will escalate the problem to the other technical team and even if they told me to wait for one day they said they gonna call me the next day but I received no Call and they talk to me on the chat saying the Technical Team investigate the Problem but on their End System was Fine and have no Problem making me lose a bunch of times to tell me they can't solve one problem like a Bug or Lag and instead told me to wait till the problem get solved by itself, communication skill are very bad, they think they are superior to us, and talks like you're dumb, only use it to get to Advertise and get Advise from YouTube because you gonna have a lot of Stress talking to the Chat Support, they are unresponsive.
Someone hacked into our AustinEcoGoods ads account through this app and created their own ad campaign, ran it and META charged our bank account hundreds and hundreds of dollars for ads that were not ours. We informed META almost immediately when we were hacked so they know that it was NOT AustinEcoGoods running those ads. The ads had nothing to do with our site or our products yet META still refuses to return the money that they took from our account. We have been in contact with their so-called ‘help’ team but they have done nothing for us and now refuse to even tell us what they are doing about it. We definitely would not recommend using this service and especially not META ADS!

This app caused my meta account to map wrong and have spent over two weeks trying to fix to no avail. I would highly avoid.
Vraiment parfait : j'avais un problème d'installation du pixel et des boutiques sur mon site et l'assistance a été au top, mais vraiment, mon interlocutrice Filitonu a été tellement patiente et persévérante, me rappelant chaque jour au téléphone pour tenter de nouvelles approches pour me débloquer. On a vraiment cherché dans tous les sens et elle a fini par réussir à débloquer mes boutiques FB et Insta. Le pixel était non-vu à cause d'une erreur de ma part toute simple lors du test et pas du tout à cause de Meta. Je recommande et je remercie encore Filitonu car souvent on imagine que ces grosses entreprises ne prennent pas le temps de faire une assistance humaine alors que là clairement c'était tellement rassurant et aidant. Vraiment Facebook, gardez ce côté humain ça a une valeur énorme !
