Description

XCubes is a multidimensional spreadsheet system allowing you to create and edit cubes the easy way.

Compared to spreadsheets cubes can store larger amounts of data and enable data exploration/analysis by dragging and dropping the cube's dimensions.

Cubes use less formulas which makes their maintenance much easier than spreadsheets.

You can use the provided dimensions or create your own to build your cubes.

Cubes will automatically grow or shrink when adding or removing dimensions or when adding or removing items in dimensions.

Real names are used in formulas and across the system instead of traditional cell references.

XCubes generates a large variety of fully interactive 2D and 3D business charts for a new experience of data visualization.

You can open MS Excel files directly in the app to copy/paste data into cubes.

*** Stay tuned for new features to come.

No so easy

UPDATE - Developer reached out to me within 24hrs and said the windows version would be better “to do serious work”. I raised my rating from 1 star to 3 stars based on the fact he got back with me. This app still doesn’t work on my 2nd gen iPad Pro.

Biggest Problem -
Crashes a lot, glad I was only entering mock data. I’d love to give this app another chance however once crashed it will not open back up, must uninstall and go from there... all entered data lost!

Tutorials -
They all begin with existing data, would like to see one building something simple from scratch. Not very helpful when designing my own.

Overall -
It’s free but worthless to me. I’d even make a one time payment if the above was resolved.

What i do with this app all mi life

Useless !!

Can't import excel sheets. All what could be done is working with data that come with the App.

Practically, no use at all.
